BlackBeltHelp Publishes WCAG 2.2 Accessibility Conformance Report
MIAMI, FL, September 30, 2026 – BlackBeltHelp, the largest and only AI + Human helpdesk for higher education, today announced the publication of its Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), based on VPAT® Version 2.5 and evaluated against WCAG 2.2 Level A and Level AA. The report, dated September 22, 2026, covers the BlackBeltHelp AI Insights and the BlackBeltHelp chat widget.
Accessibility review is now a standard step in higher ed technology procurement. Institutions are working to meet federal and state accessibility requirements, and campus IT, procurement, and accessibility teams expect vendors to provide conformance documentation up front. With this report, CIOs and reviewers evaluating BlackBeltHelp have that documentation on day one, measured against the current version of the guidelines.
“Anytime, anywhere. Availability 24/7” is the BlackBeltHelp standard, and it only holds if every member of campus can get help on the channel they use. That includes the students, faculty, and staff who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technology to reach support.
The report documents conformance criterion by criterion, reflecting a combination of automated testing and manual review, including assistive technology validation. It is a self-assessment prepared by BlackBeltHelp, and BlackBeltHelp will continue to update it as the platform evolves.
The Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request. Institutions can contact info@blackbelthelp.ai to receive a copy for their accessibility and procurement reviews.
