BlackBeltHelp Appoints Nina Benjamin as Chief of Staff & Services to Strengthen Operational Excellence and Strategic Execution

Nina is a senior executive with 25+ years of global leadership in Business Process Excellence and Operational Risk Management across Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. She has a proven track record in driving large-scale transformations in hospitality, consumer sales, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, distribution, and IT, and is recognized for leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Agile, automation, and innovation to strengthen compliance, boost efficiency, and deliver sustainable business impact.

In her new role, Nina will work closely with the Executive Committee and Board to advance BlackBeltHelp’s strategic priorities and strengthen organisational foundations. She will play a key role in enhancing operational systems, governance frameworks, performance management, and integrating core support services to enable scalable growth, improved efficiency, and compliance across the business.

Strategic Operational Leadership

Prior to joining BlackBeltHelp, Nina led enterprise-wide transformation and operational excellence initiatives across multiple industries, driving governance, risk management, and performance improvement at scale. Her experience in building high-performing teams and scalable operating models positions her to support BlackBeltHelp’s evolving organisational needs.

As Chief of Staff & Services, Nina will oversee:

  • Integration and oversight of core support functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and Shared Services
  • Enhancement of compliance, performance management, and continuous improvement practices
  • Leadership enablement, talent development, and capability building across the organisation
  • Financial planning support, controls, forecasting, and P&L discipline

Her role will be central to enabling BlackBeltHelp’s next phase of growth through operational rigour and execution excellence.
