CollegeBuys Awards Competitively Solicited Agreement to BlackBeltHelp for Modernized Student Support

Pre-Negotiated Agreement Provides AI-Native Voice and Chat Agents, Human Agent Support, and Real-Time Insights to California Community Colleges and AICCU Member Institutions

Miami, Florida – July 10, 2026 – CollegeBuys, the enterprise procurement program of the Foundation for California Community Colleges (FoundationCCC), has awarded a competitively solicited agreement to BlackBeltHelp. Through the agreement, California’s 116 public community colleges and more than 85 Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities (AICCU) member institutions gain streamlined access to BlackBeltHelp’s modernized student support capabilities, including 24/7 Voice and Chat AI, U.S.-based human agent support, and comprehensive IT helpdesk services.

This strategic agreement simplifies the procurement process for higher education institutions seeking to modernize their student services and campus operations. By leveraging the immense purchasing power of FoundationCCC, California institutions can now rapidly deploy BlackBeltHelp’s comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools without the need to run their own individual, resource-heavy RFP processes.

“Our mission at FoundationCCC is to benefit, support, and enhance the California Community College system and our wider educational partners,” said Jorge Burwick, Senior Manager, Enterprise & Procurement Services at FoundationCCC. “By offering streamlined access to innovative partners like BlackBeltHelp through our CollegeBuys program, we are empowering institutions to efficiently upgrade their student support infrastructure and operational technologies.”
“We are thrilled to be recognized as an approved vendor through this partnership with CollegeBuys and Higher Digital,” said Anjli Jain, Chairman of BlackBeltHelp. “This agreement removes traditional friction from the procurement process, allowing California colleges and universities to immediately focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional, 24/7, multimodal support that drives student success and retention.”

The CollegeBuys agreement is effective immediately. Participating institutions can now utilize the pre-negotiated contracts to quickly scale their support ecosystems.
